ABDM (formerly National Digital Health Mission) launched in 2021 aims to create a longitudinal electronic health record system for every Indian. Core components: Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) — a voluntary 14-digit health ID; Health Information Provider (HIP) — healthcare facilities that generate health data; Health Information User (HIU) — entities that access health data; and Consent Manager — an intermediary managing patient data sharing consent. ZuvFlo is ABDM-compliant, supporting ABHA creation, consent artifact management via FHIR, and data exchange with the National Health Claims Exchange (HCOCX). As of 2025, over 65 crore ABHA IDs have been created with 2.5+ lakh healthcare providers registered.
