ZuvFlo provides a Clinical Operating System (OS) designed for renal care facilities. By accessing our platform, you agree to utilize it solely for clinical operations, administrative management, and patient care coordination. Unauthorized reverse engineering or redistribution of our proprietary algorithms is strictly prohibited.
While ZuvFlo provides advanced clinical intelligence, AI-driven alerts, and predictive modeling, final medical judgment always rests with the licensed clinician. ZuvFlo is a decision-support tool; it is not a substitute for professional medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
Service is provided on a subscription basis, typically calculated per active dialysis chair. Facilities are responsible for maintaining accurate user accounts and ensuring that only authorized clinical personnel have access to patient-identifiable data.
All software architecture, IoT bridge technology, interface designs, and the 'ZuvFlo' brand are the exclusive property of ZuvFlo Technology Pvt. Ltd. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform within their specific facility network.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
By accessing the ZuvFlo Clinician Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these institutional terms. For facility-specific enterprise agreements, please refer to your organization's master contract.
