Yes. Urea (BUN) QC frequency per NABL requirements: two levels of QC run before patient samples each day, with Westgard multi-rule validation. QC results for all dialysis-relevant assays (creatinine, hemoglobin, albumin, calcium, phosphorus) are tracked and trended.
