Is ZuvFlo registered as an ABDM HIP?

Yes. ZuvFlo is registered with the National Health Authority (NHA) as a Health Information Provider (HIP) and Health Information User (HIU). Our integration complies with ABDM's Health Data Management Policy, HIP/HIU technical specifications, and FHIR R4 profiles as defined by the ABDM standards body.

What patient data can be shared via ABDM?

With patient consent, ZuvFlo can share: patient demographics, problem list (diagnosis/conditions), medications (current and past), lab results (all dialysis-relevant parameters), procedure records (dialysis sessions, access procedures), and visit summaries. Each data category requires explicit consent.

Does ABDM integration require patient consent for every data share?

Yes. ABDM follows a consent-first architecture. For each data access request, a consent artifact is generated specifying purpose (Treatment, Emergency, Research, etc.), data categories permitted, and time window for access. Patient authorizes via OTP or ABDM mobile app. Consent can be revoked at any time.

ZuvFlo shares authorized data via FHIR R4 APIs (resources: Patient, Observation, MedicationRequest, Condition, Procedure, DiagnosticReport).

HCOCX Integration

Integration with National Health Claims Exchange (HCOCX) for standardized insurance claim submission and health claim data exchange.
