Native integration with Baxter AK 96, AK 200, and Gambro PrismaFlex CRRT systems

Real-time effluent dose capture from PrismaFlex — ensures prescribed dose (25-35 mL/kg/hr per KDIGO) is being delivered.
Same platform for chronic HD (AK 96/200) and acute CRRT (PrismaFlex) — seamless patient transitions between settings.
PrismaFlex fluid balance data integrates with ZuvFlo's ICU fluid balance module for comprehensive input/output tracking.
Baxter AK 96/200 machines connect via RS-232 serial port using AK-WinConnect protocol. PrismaFlex connects via TCP/IP over facility network with HL7 output.
ZuvFlo Bridge parses AK-WinConnect data stream extracting: Qb, Qd, UF rate, total UF, conductivity, venous pressure, TMP, and treatment time. For PrismaFlex: effluent rate, fluid removal rate, filter pressure, and dose delivered.
Captured data populates the patient's session chart. CRRT data drives the real-time fluid balance dashboard with hourly reconciliation.
AK/PrismaFlex alarms, filter changes, and machine events are automatically documented in the electronic patient record.
Native support for Baxter AK-WinConnect data format. No intermediate software required.
Automatically track effluent dose delivered vs prescribed, filter life, anticoagulation parameters, and replacement fluid volume.
Works with both standalone AK units and Baxter facility-wide networks (AK-Net compatible).
